Meet Claudia

Claudia Edwards is the Principal and Founder of Hyde Street Design.  A Chicago native, Claudia’s enthusiasm and passion for design was sparked when she redesigned and remodeled her family’s kitchen and bath several years ago. She is known for her attention to detail, refined taste and commitment to making each client’s project their dream home.  Her design approach is an aesthetic this is contemporary and elevated yet timeless and unique to each individual client.

Claudia studied Interior Architecture and Design at U.C. Berkeley. Before starting her firm in 2017, Claudia worked for award-winning hospitality and residential design firms in the Bay Area and New York. Prior to practicing design, Claudia graduated from Duke University and worked in finance for many years, which now allows her to pair her business acumen and extensive experience working with clients and managing budgets with her love of interior design.

Claudia loves to travel and draws inspiration from the architecture and interiors she encounters around the world, and at home. Claudia and her husband live in Menlo Park, CA with their daughter, Emilia.
